Have you installed MM .NET 3.5 for VS 2008? It's the only version of MM .NET that works with VS 2008. If so, you can try running the following command from a VS Command Prompt:

DEVENV /SETUP

If this doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling MM .NET 3.5 The existence of MM .NET tempate zip files in the following directories should be enough to have them appear in the New Project Dialog:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\MM .NET
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\VisualBasic\MM .NET
