Ah, so we still have mental institutions. Good, so the poor drug addicts will have somewhere to go dry... once the supply goes dry. Which it won't, as Serbia is a house in the middle of a highway.

I feared the globalization has gone so far that the loonies are in prisons now. OK... not that bad :).
