Always there and doing what they can. I cannot speak highly enough of the Red Cross especially for our troops. They were the first and most prominent support for soldiers when I was in the military.

(I'm in Cumberland County) If it stays on its path, just wind and rain around 30-70mph. (Some severe thunderstorms have been worse) If it moves further inland or the winds pick up, it will be another long night...
