The application does not use FoxUser.* or any resource files.

I think that the test of the application when booted into Safe Mode eliminated any anti-virus software conflict as the problem.

The application has only been installed at the customers location for about a month so I do not expect there to be a lot of tmp files but I will have them clean up those that exist as well as run Disk Cleanup to get rid of the other temporary files on the computer.
