The tricky part IMO is where to draw the line Obviously the tort system is badly flawed, to say the least, but what about genuine victims of malpractice who are left maimed or dead? We can't just pretend that doesn't happen. Nor can we say tough muffins, we need to control costs. I don't have the answer.
