From Spanish....

"Agua" is feminine. You don't say "la agua", you use the masculine version, "el agua", but if it's plural, you go back to feminine, "las aguas".

Also, in Spanish, "la papa" is potato, but "El Papa" is "The Pope". Oh, and "el papa" (but put an accent mark over the second a. I don't know how to do it here", is "daddy".
