Hello everyone!

Given a UNC and file name, I need to be able to determine what user has the file opened? I know that in NT 4.0 you can get this information by going on to the server/workstation where the file resides in and typing NET FILE in an DOS window.

Are there any combination of Windows API calls that would get the job done?
