Thanks for the example, Colin:

If the boundries for labels1 and 2 at all *touch* the box, move them down a bit.

Dbl-click on the box and set the object position to relative to top.

Make sure the box's Stretch Downwards is set to no stretch.

Dbl-click on label1 and label2 and set their object position to relative to top.

Dbl-click on label3 and label4 and set their object position to float. Tho' it doesn't sound like you're really having any trouble with these.

I would also probably push the box into the background: Select the box, then choose the menu Format/Send to back.

No matter how close a screen and a printer come to duplicating output, it will never be precisely the same. I've had problems like you have had when one field encroaches a bit on another. Nevertheless it is frustrating!
