No, if your DBC is not already in your project add it. If it is added, it's marked as excluded by default. With the database highlighted, go to the project menu and choose include. Once you've done this, the DBC will be embedded in the application and doesn't need to be shipped. The downside is that if you change it, you have to ship a new .EXE file and you can't connect to it via ODBC from other applications.
