Uuuuhm, read recently that there is an effort to port WINE to Android.
As Android apks can run in ChromeOS, I would not rule that out forever.

Licensing of the runtime still another question -
no idea if MS is still as stiff necked as when vfp plus runtime were
tried and tweaked to run under WINE

Today running vfp under Linux with WINE, Bottles, PlayOnLinux or
other emulation layers at least is no problem, if all COM controls
you want to run are running as well (dunno status of IE or WebView2)
