It is not asolutely critical to make the form Always-On-Top, but I wud have preferred to do so, as it becomes more user friendly in this case.

Actually the form I'm making AOT, is a Form called from another Form, which is not the Top Level Form. I wanted all the Child windows of one form to be on top of that Form.

So, if there is any solution, I loved to keep it AOT.
