I presently have an application installed as an EXE file with VFP6R.DLL runtime. I have been supporting my client via e-mail by sending them a recompiled .EXE file when changes are needed. (There are no Active X controls or use of ADO in the app - just straight VFP). I am about to update my system with SP3. If I later need to recompile the app, can I get away with just sending the client the recompiled EXE file and a new copy of VFP6R.DLL or do I need to make new distribution disks? (Is DLL version information stored in the Registry?)
