Hello,

Any strong recommendations anyone has for a SQL Server 7.0 course(s)? I would really LOVE to see something along the lines of a 'SQL Server 7.0 for VFP Developers' - that is - something that took a 'here's how you did it in VFP, now here's how you accomplish that same thing in SQL Server' route.

I am most interested in 'server side' training as opposed to "client side". I want to learn as much as possible about Transact SQL, database & table set-up, indexing, stored procs, back-end views, etc.

I appreciate any help greatly.
