I managed to play it once, while the scan do its job (I modified the demo in VFP to do so), but first it performs the avi, then the scan but the method wich is performed when the avi has finished, never gets fired. When i run it without the scan, it runs nicely thou.

The ActiveMovieControl will do this for you. I can help you with this, but I need to know a few things, Do you use ActiveX much? Also, where do you find the demo in VFP?
