I think your problem is decribes in the ms kb article Q102203. This seems to be a bug in all FoxPro and VFP versions.

Is the printer directly connected to the computer ? If so you can remove the printer in Windows and let the DOS app print directly to the LPT1 port.

If not, I think the only option is to modify the code, i'm afraid.
