We are in the market for a new G/L and A/P accounting package. We want to stay with a Foxpro based product. Presently we are considering the SBT VisionPoint 10 and also waiting for some info on the IAS Advantage system. I have become relatively proficient in recent months with VFP and can use the report writer quite well.

I would be interested in any comments on the above systems or any others that might be worth looking at. Our company is a water and wastewater utility and we already have a billing package which is written in FPD 2.6, and there will be a need for a minor amount of interfacing with that system. I have seen some of the comments on the thread concerning the coding of SBT, (not much good has been said), and wondered if maybe the new release of VisionPoint 10 is a re-write to a more OOPifed environment. Or it may just be the old stuff recompiled under VFP 6.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
