Hello,

I just got a request to allow emails sent via my program to have a hyperlink embedded in the message that will allow the user to launch a program and get back to record desired. Any ideas? Here is the unedited question from the customer:

"Did Kevin ever get back to you about the hyperlink capability in Lotus Notes Mail? I envision when the CAS9000 sends an email notification, the CA number would by hyperlinked directly to your program via the email application. That way, the user would just click on the CA reference number, which would automatically launch the CAS9000 system and bring up that particular corrective action dialogue box. It would eliminate having to separately launch your system and then navigate through the fields to find the correct CA# and the correct screen.

The Lotus Notes Domino competitor had this capability through its
browser interface and everyone was really excited about it. (You said your browser interface would be partially available in the 4th
quarter?)."

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
