1. You can print the report to the Microsoft fax driver.
2. I also bought a LAN fax server one time that polled a directory for files to be faxed. You just had to print the report to a file in PCL format and create a text file with the details. But for the life of me, I can't remember the name of the thing. I bought it from GE Capital.
