What reasons are there for a form's Data Environment not opening tables?

The OpenTables property is set to true. The tables are not otherwise being used. The tables are in the same folder as other tables that are being opened by the Data Environment.

It's not all the tables in the Data Environment, just those I added after the inital setup of the form.
