Janeway wasn't married. She had a boyfriend, possibly fiance, but he moved on when they were lost. She found out when they got the first set of letters from the alpha quadrant.

I'm not positive about Kim, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't attached at all. If he was, I don't think they would have shown him trying to get a date so often.

I would liked to have seen more of the voyager approaching earth and winding up a few family things, but I think they took liberties with family relationships over the past few years that would make seeing their families a little awkward. Like Ensign Kim was married if I am not mistaken and so was the Captain.
