We have a service which controls our Cisco router which ends for an unkown reason. This always occurs after hours when nobody is at the office, but here is part of the Dr. Watson message in the log:

Application exception occurred:
App: (pid=226)
When: 6/15/2001 @ 2:7:4.226
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

*----> System Information <----*
Computer Name: NSCBISFA

Windows Version: 4.0

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing this service to end?
