I did not have the same luck:

1) Had to uninstall VPN software. WinXP refused to install before hand.
2) VPN software did not fully uninstall. I had to hack the registry.
3) Installed WinXP.
4) Novell Client not compatable. Unable to get onto corporate LAN.

Since corporate does not yet support XP, I'm still on Win2K.
