Eric;

Being a fourth generation San Franciscan, I have eaten in many Chinese restaurants, and enjoy the food very much. We now live about 50 miles south of my favorite Chinese restaurants so my wife and I thought it would be a good idea to try a few local establishments. One we found serves three different dishes with that particular part of the male anatomy referenced in your post, but did not state in English which animal in came from. When I saw that on the menu I told my wife, “we are leaving”. To each his/her own.
