In Codemine, to access objects in menus, much like the statemanager object, Dave advocates the use of the PUBLIC m.go????? variables. So, you could instantiate the objects your require by using the CreateGlobalObject function.

That said, you may well want to look into using the third party genmenux utility (Andrew Ross MacNeill) which still holds good in VFP6/7 and Codemine. A combination using this utility would probably be your best bet.
