There have been a lot of schedule changes since Sept 11th.

Had that experience yesterday. I booked through Expedia and found my flights had changed _twice_. I asked if they were going to eventually email me to let me know and they said, no, they don't email. They assume people are checking the site every couple of days.

That's stupid, IMO, and frustrating, of course. Why do they bother to gather your email? And what would be so hard about automating an email notice whenever schedule changes?

Anyway, if people booked on the Internet, they may want to make doubly sure.
