Did you select ActiveX Controls on the Form Toolbar?
On the Form Controls toolbar, there is a button which looks
like 3 books.
Click that, and select ActiveX.
After a breif pause, you should see an icon which looks like
a globe. The tool tip for it should say "Microsoft Web Browser".
Click it, and then click your form.
