I tried your suggestion.

I executed the following command:
"regsvr32.exe MsMask32.ocx"

I even got a succesful message:
"DLLRegisterServer in MSMask32.ocx succeeded"

But when I tried adding the control in Visual Basic,
I got the same error message:

"Object library not registered"

I even rebooted my computer and tried it again in VB.

VB still won't recognize this control.
