Not an answer, but just odd behaviour of CursorToXml():


Say OutputFormat = 2 && ATTRIBUTES
and Flags = 8 && Wrap memo in CDATA

And you will get CDATA in Attribute, which is NOT at all W3C valid XML document.

I am not sure that CursorToXml() of VFP uses at all MSXML DOM.
