Dear Sir/madam

In a grid I have put a combo box of which control source is table1.contcode that is code for country table which is related to the country dbf table. As code is 3 char long the display value is only 3 char.


Please advise how can I make country in the gird fully visible but actual data sored in the table for he country is 3 char code.
