Yes, for the purpose of finding something quickly, it's a must.
Tip (then) : use ctrl-F to search within the result.

Careful here. Output to a browser must always be limited, because if not, it will overflow the physical normal memory of the PC, and it'll never come out. Don't ask me what the limit (in KB) should be, but generally "thousands of lines" is too much. And obviously it depends on the memory of the PC. BTW, swapping doesn't help here.
Once you actually received too much, firstly it takes, say, 15 minutes for the browser to get all together (1 KB less and it takes a few secs), and secondly the next half hour it keeps on disturbing the virtual memory of the PC. Rebooting the PC is a better option, *IF* you can do it.
IOW, it is dangerous to have a list too long.
