Is it such a big problem? Are there many ActiveX controls that you absolutely need and can't find from any other source, that works with VFP? I don't see it as a big problem, just an annoying one.

As for the MS FoxPro team, it is not a problem of not wanting to do things but rather of wanting to do the best that can be done with the resources and budget at hand.
