As I understand, community building is a major effort at Microsoft right now, particularly building developer communities. Oddly enough, the VFP community is the model for what they'd like to achieve--we have a tremendous sense of community, along with an ethos of sharing. They want to enhance that for other groups, especially other developer groups.

Ricardo's new job is to make that happen.
