It's not consistant to the point where I can say for sure when it will happen. But it does happen frequently. You click on the next button, and the counter advances, so I know the page is refreshing, but the same data is still there on the screen. No matter how many times you click it, the counter will keep cycling, but it will stay on the same record. I didn't try a test button, but the code as it is doesn't have much more than a skip and refresh.
