We have been using Setup Wizard for so long, and it works fine. Could you please specify the Error message.
With regards to the automatic inclusion of the apps on the Windows Popup Menu, I think its in the version (VFP5a) because its our problem too but not on the earlier version of VFP5. You should avail on the Service Pack 3 from MS.
