Of course, it's a 'SideBar!' like the one in Outlook.
To respond at your request, i made a new class witch look like the IE4 toolbar.
I have uploaded it in the file section.

But i don't know why the tooltips does not show when the toolbar was docked.
In 'free mode' the tips show normally, strange!
If somebody can help here...?
