In the windows\system - or winnt\system32 - depending on whether you are running NT or not, is a program called REGSVR32.EXE. At the DOS prompt, navigate yourself into that directory and issue: REGSVR32 cFileName.

Okay, how can you find the cFileName? The winfax docs should have something on this. The OCX is most likely in the windows system directory.
