Description
This is an excerpt of Callback.txt Callback is based on an idea of Christof Lange (wiki) Callback_Set(FunctionName [, argdesc]) Returns a function address. There are currently 4 available that can be active. If no functions available, it will return 0 FunctionName: name of vfp function, eg 'DisplayProgress' argdesc: description of argumentlist currently : i = integer (unsigned, pointer, ...) I = 64 bit integer s = Null terminated string The vfp function will be called with the args described in argdesc If the called function returns an integer it is returned otherwise 0 is returned endif eg: for CopyFileEx fn = CallBack_Set( 'CalledFunction', 'IIIIiiiii') =CopyFileEx(FileNameIn, FileNameOut, fn, 0, 0, 0) =CallBack_Release(fn) << CalledFunction lparameters TotalFileSize, TotalBytesTransferred, ; StreamSize, StreamBytesTransferred, ; StreamNumber, ; CallbackReason, ; SourceFile, ; DestinationFile, ; lpData acti screen ?'FileCopyEx ', StreamBytesTransferred, ' of ', StreamSize return 0 && PROGRESS_CONTINUE >> ================================================================================ CallBack_Release(FunctionAddress) Releases a previously allocated function address with Callback_Set() Returns .T. or .F.
