Autodata is a collection of 4 procedures that automate saving, validating, requerying, and reverting DataEnvironment cursors and views.
Autodata is completely automated and uses simple forced tableupdates. It is easy, however, to graft more sophisticated conflict management in an automated fashion into it as views and tables are managed through a collection object and not explicitly.
Autodata requires VFP6 to run as it employs AddProperty. It will work with
VFP5 if the new properties (see code header) are manually added to the class
definition or visual class.
You can use these functions by adding this PRG to your class definition as is, or by adding the methods manually to your visual class definition and then using cut-and-paste to place the code.
