This program will imbue the ability to detect CDROM drive letters. This is especialy usefull if the end user has multiple CDs. This is an accumulation of timezone functions. Initially i got interested while putzing around on eBay. So the code in the project will show how to find out the time zone and how to set the curent zone. There is a reg key close to the one I am using that provides an alternate way to get the info.
