If the files are included in the .app file, you can not just put the new prg, scx and frx files on the computer and expect it to use them, you need to rebuild the .app file again with those new files and copy the new .app file over. The putting the files (prg, scx and frx) on to the client computer is what I read in your question to us, if this is wrong, let me know.
