we do a 2 step aproach

first we use mappoint on one mashine (licence per mashine) with aotomation to geocode all customer adresses in the customer table.

with the formular that you see in the other answer you can calculate the distance (air ) not road.

for us it does the job.

If you need the road distance you nead Mappoint on any mashine and you can calculate the raod distance with aoutmation.(we dont do that)
