If you use "do my.exe" than my.exe runs as a part of the program that issues DO and as such uses config.fpw of that program. To run my.exe as independent process you've to use either VFP RUN command, WSH Run method, SHELLEXECUTE() API or API_APPRUN in .VCX form File #9477.
