If a system is shutdown while running, say restarted,shutdown by the user, or maybe by a power outage tables,etc. aren't properly updated by VFP. In my case, I'm storing user login/logout information (or trying to).My
question is:
Does anyone know of an available API that I could use so I could have the
application do it's thing before shutting down if it had a call from the O/S during an O/S shutdown or restart? I know under current versions of Windows O/Ss that the O/S shuts down any running applications first. Of course this wouldn't work in the case of a power outage but could be very helpful in all other cases where the O/S is telling the application to shutdown.
