I'm about to create my first Fox Pro web service. When I get to the builder it tells me that I need to have SOAP 2.0 or higher installed. The machine that will host this web service is 2003. This machine will also have .net web services.

Is it safe to install SOAP 2.0 or 3.0 on a 2003 machine for use with FoxPro web services? This machine will also have .net web services.
