You're welcome Malcolm. Hope you can make the workaround that suit your needs.

BTW, I'm sorry that I must be blind from the beginning :-(
SC_SIZE cannot work on a "borderless windows". By default, the "Size" options on System Menu will not be available. And the system will no longer send any messages that dealing with window size to the windows procedure. Such as WM_SIZE, WM_GETMINMAXINFO, etc..
