I'm not degrading anything - wwc is a fine product. I think most developers wouldn't consider it easy, but, probably consider it powerful.
There's nothing wrong with expressing an opinion. The original quote is from one of the staunchest wwc developers (who wrote a book about it!) so it's not like I'm making it up...
