>I just came back from a week in the Rocky Mountains. Had to visit my mom and sister in Grand Junction, Colorado. Saw a few highschool friends, etc. After 14 years in North Carolina, it felt like I couldn't breathe almost the entire time I was there. Sure was beautiful though!

Yeah, I can't get back to Colorado soon enough. It will be July or August for my summer trip and I just signed up for the Nov. 5th Elk hunt today. It's almost like being on another planet. My spirit lifts as soon as I can see the mountains and stays up for the entire time. If my race for Sheriff doesn't pan out, I may have to spend a lot more time out there each year.
If you liked Grand Junction, you should go down around Montrose. The Red Mountain Pass is one of the most scenic places you'll see in the world!
