Does not occur under VFP8.

A Leadtools (ltocx13n.ocx) main control does not show a line in the windows list in VFP8. In VFP9 it does.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Create an empty form
2. Drop the leadtools (version 13) main control on the form and run it.
3. Go to the windows menu, and it will show an empty line in the menu.
