Manually (on WinXP/2000):
1 - Go Start menu, Setup, Printers option.
2 - File menu, Server Properties option.
3 - Check "Create New Form" and type one name.
4 - Type the size you need.
5 - Go in your report and change the paper size for the new paper size.
