I don't think your hardware could have a big role on speed so I wonder if debugger was open when you tried it. If so close debugger and try.

>>>Yes, they're legal combinations. On my system again it's quite fast (instant). What do you mean by "not natural" ?

>Jess,
>Debugger makes even baseclass grids with no extra code extremely slow down. Nothing special with my class code (outputing all the lines executing like set talk on in old days is the cause I think). For just clicking one record it only selects one record and I think it's default behaviour of multiselect (or did I do it behave like explorer ? Lemme check with a listbox). To be honest there is some overloading and should be enhanced parts but I thought it was enough ready for delivering (at least it's now my own replacement for mulsel listbox).
>Thanks for compliment. I can't go to DevCon, unless I move to another country like US or Canada or earn much here. I think I'll always follow it from news. BTW class code is not extracted so you could feed me back with enhancements.

We have the same situation or I have even much worst situation than you because of the economic crisis here in East Asia coupled with the after effect of the just concluded national election in our country. It's really hard to close projects as of now because we are a software development company.

Anyway, I tried to put the grid class visually but gives me an error : Cannot find mytable object in the database. I just put the * from mytable on cSQL property then run the form with DO FORM myform. Did I missed something?
Is your company a software development?
